RAZOR TEC builds custom forged wheels for the Bentley Bentayga to order — hand-finished barrels with matched centre caps. Every set is CNC machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminium, so the finished rim is lighter than the factory wheel while carrying a higher load rating.
Sizes available for the Bentayga: 22" · 23" · 24", in monoblock, two-piece or three-piece construction. Width, offset, concavity and lip depth are set per car, and the bolt pattern, centre bore and hardware are machined to Bentley OEM tolerances — no spacers, correct caliper clearance, no vibration.
Finishes are unrestricted: gloss or satin black, brushed bronze, diamond-cut silver, polished lips, milled accents, two-tone combinations or a bespoke colour match. Every Bentayga set is load tested to TÜV standards, carries a 5 year structural warranty and ships worldwide in 3–4 weeks.

- What size forged wheels fit the Bentley Bentayga?
- We supply 22" · 23" · 24" for the Bentley Bentayga. Width, offset and concavity are made to measure once we know your ride height, tyre choice and whether the car runs the standard or carbon-ceramic brake package.
- Are forged wheels stronger than the original Bentley wheels?
- Yes. Forging aligns the grain structure of the 6061-T6 billet, which gives a denser, more fatigue-resistant material than casting. That lets us machine a lighter wheel that still exceeds the load rating of the factory item on the Bentayga.
- How long is the lead time and do you ship internationally?
- Production takes 3–4 weeks from confirmed specification, and we ship Bentley Bentayga wheel sets worldwide by courier with full tracking and insurance.
- Can you copy a wheel design I have seen?
- Yes. Send us a photo or a link and we will engineer that design for the Bentley Bentayga, or you can start from any RZR design in our catalogue and change the size, offset and finish.
