A monoblock forged wheel is machined from one solid 6061-T6 forging — no barrel joint, no hardware. It is the stiffest and, at a given width, usually the lightest way to build a wheel, which is why monoblock forged wheels dominate on track-focused cars.

The billet is forged at 8,000 tonnes, heat-treated to T6, then cut on a 5-axis machine to your exact width, offset and face profile. Because the face is cut rather than cast, spoke sections can be thinned where load allows and thickened where it does not.

Choose monoblock construction when you want maximum rigidity and the cleanest face with no visible hardware. Choose two- or three-piece if you want a deep polished lip or the option to rebuild a single component later.

MONOBLOCK FORGED WHEELS FAQ

Is monoblock better than a multi-piece forged wheel?
Monoblock is stiffer and has no joint to seal, so it suits track use. Multi-piece is better when you want a deep lip, extreme widths, or the ability to replace one section after kerb damage.
How light is a monoblock forged wheel?
Typically 20–30% under the cast OEM wheel of the same size — around 11–13 kg for a 20" fitment depending on width and load rating.
Can I choose the offset?
Yes. Every monoblock is cut to order, so width and offset are set to your car and tyre package rather than picked from a shelf.
What is the lead time?
Made-to-order sets are normally 4–6 weeks from finish approval, then express worldwide delivery.
