A 3-piece forged wheel splits into a forged face, an outer lip and an inner barrel, bolted together with aerospace hardware and sealed. That construction gives the widest fitment window of anything we build: width and offset move in millimetre steps, so extreme staggered setups stay flush.
Three-piece rims are also the most repairable. Kerb a lip and only the lip is replaced — the forged face and its finish stay on the car. For long-term ownership of a valuable car that matters more than the small weight penalty over a monoblock.
Every face is forged in 6061-T6 and CNC-cut, then paired with spun-forged barrels. Lips can be mirror-polished, brushed, PVD-plated or painted, and hardware can be titanium for a further weight saving.

3-PIECE FORGED WHEELS FAQ
- Why choose a 3-piece forged wheel over a monoblock?
- For deep lips, unusual widths and repairability. A damaged lip or barrel is replaced individually instead of scrapping the whole wheel.
- Do 3-piece wheels leak air?
- No — the assembly is sealed at build and pressure-tested. They are supplied ready to mount as standard tubeless wheels.
- How wide can you go?
- Barrels are built to order, so widths well beyond 13" are possible for widebody and race applications.
- Can the finish be changed later?
- Yes. Because the wheel disassembles, faces and lips can be refinished separately during a rebuild.
