RAZOR TEC carbon fiber wheels pair a forged 6061-T6 aluminium centre with an autoclave-cured carbon fiber barrel. The result is the lightest wheel we build — typically 30–40% below the cast original equipment rim — without giving up the load ratings a 2.5-tonne super-SUV demands.
Every carbon barrel is laid up by hand, cured under pressure and bonded to the machined centre with an aerospace structural adhesive, then pressure-tested before finishing. Because the centre is machined separately, the same carbon fiber rim can be built to almost any offset, so fitment stays OEM-exact rather than spacer-corrected.
Carbon fibre rims cut unsprung and rotational mass at the point where it matters most, which sharpens turn-in, shortens braking distances and lets the dampers control the wheel instead of fighting it. On EVs and hybrids the same weight saving reads directly as extra range.

- How much lighter are carbon fiber wheels?
- Against the cast factory wheel, a comparable RAZOR TEC carbon fiber wheel is normally 30–40% lighter. On a 22" super-SUV fitment that is often 6–8 kg saved per corner.
- Are carbon fibre rims road legal and safe?
- Yes. Each wheel is built to its own load rating, pressure-tested and impact-validated, and supplied with a 5 year structural warranty for road use.
- Can carbon fiber wheels be repaired?
- Kerb damage to the barrel can usually be repaired or the barrel replaced, because the centre and barrel are separate components rather than one cast piece.
- What sizes are available?
- Any diameter from 19" to 24" with widths and offsets machined per vehicle, so the wheel sits flush without spacers.
