TECHNICAL - WHEELS

We are building FORGED WHEELS TO ORDER which means you can choose ANY design you like, send us a picture of your favorite wheels or choose any wheels from the internet and we can build them for YOUR CAR. Fully customizable in terms of size, colours, center caps etc.
Or of course choose from the RAZOR wheel selection.
We are specializing in 1-Piece Monoblock wheels as well as 2-Piece wheels. 3-piece wheels can be produced on request as well.
Monoblock wheels are machined from one solid piece of forged aluminum for maximum strength, lighter weight and simplicity in assembly. One of the main differences to a 2-piece wheel is the lack of a lip although we can also produce 1-piece wheels with a lip on request.
In contrast, two-piece forged wheels have a separate forged center and a barrel (lip) bolted together, offering superior customization (offset, width, dual color finish etc.)

You can select any color you want as well as the finish of the wheels including gloss, matt or satin finish (half gloss / half matt).
Further options include brushed finish, high gloss polished finish or even the old-school chrome finish.
Forged wheels offer superior strength, are ultra-light weight and deliver better performance due to the complex manufacturing process.
The forged wheels also provide enhanced heat dissipation and near to endless design customization options, making them ideal for wide range of luxury and performance vehicles.
Enjoy industry leading, ultra-fast production time of 3-4 weeks and worldwide delivery via courier.
Select from RAZOR center caps, personalized center caps, your logo on the caps, large horizontally floating caps, center lock look caps or pair your set with OEM manufacturer center caps for original look.
KEY ADVANTAGES OF FORGED WHEELS VS STANDARD CAST WHEELS
Strength Durability: Forged under intense pressure, they have a denser grain structure, making them significantly stronger, more resistant to impacts, and less likely to crack than cast wheels
Weight Reduction: Lighter weight reduces unsprung mass, leading to better acceleration, improved handling and more efficient braking
Improved Performance: Less weight means better heat management and therefore reduction of brake fade and improved overall responsiveness
Customization: The custom production process allows for countless designs and customization options, various sizes and finishes perfectly matching customers' requirements
Better for High Stress: Ideal for performance cars, off-road, racing and street driving, as they can handle extreme loads and road conditions much better than cast wheels

WHEEL DESIGN - ENGINEERING - TESTING
We design every wheel from scratch.
Every car is different. That is why we measure each vehicle carefully and build our forged wheels to fit that exact model. This allows us to maximize the depth of the wheel (concavity) and ensure the best possible appearance and fitment with the perfect 'flush with fender' finish.
Each wheel is rigorously tested according to industry standards like JWL, VIA, and TUV

MATERIAL SELECTION
We are using high-quality materials for forged wheels production namely 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy. Wheel moulds are designed based on the wheel’s specifications to ensure accurate shape and perfect fitment. Highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum is known for its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for high-performance wheels.

FORGING AND HEAT TREATMENT
The preparation of the aluminum happens in multiple stages. The alloy is heated and forged using a high-pressure forging press, typically with a pressure range of 8,000 to 15,000 tons. This process shapes the wheel and its design and increases the structural density and strength. After forging, the wheels undergo heat treatment, including quenching and tempering, to enhance hardness, durability and relieve internal stresses.

PRECISION MACHINING
The wheels are precisely machined undergoing several production stages to achieve exact dimensions and a smooth surface finish.
This includes:
Rough Machining: Removing the outer layer of the forged wheel blank to prepare for finer processes
Milling: Creating bright surfaces by removing a thin layer of material to achieve the desired surface finish
Finishing: Performing fine machining operations such as drilling holes for wheel bolts and detailed milling to ensure high precision and accuracy.

SURFACE TREATMENT
Wheels receive surface treatments to enhance appearance and corrosion resistance, tailored to customer requirements.
These treatments include:
Painting: Applying durable and aesthetically great looking paint & coatings in various colors
Polishing: Creating a shiny, reflective surface finish
Brushed Finish: Giving the wheel a distinctive textured look by brushing the surface.
Matt or Gloss finish: Applying a final coating in gloss or matt finish and improving durability and long-lasting appearance.

FINAL INSPECTION
The final wheels undergo rigorous quality inspections to ensure they meet all standards.
These inspections include:
Dimensional Measurement: Ensuring the wheel meets precise size specifications
Visual Inspection: Checking for any surface defects or imperfections
Dynamic Balance Testing: Ensuring the wheel is balanced for smooth operation
Surface Treatment Inspection: Verifying the quality and uniformity of the surface treatments
Hardness Testing: Measuring the hardness to ensure the wheel meets strength requirements.
