RZR VI Custom Forged Wheels
The RZR VI is a custom forged wheel machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminium. Forging aligns the grain structure of the alloy, so the finished rim carries far more load than a comparable cast wheel while weighing noticeably less — lower unsprung mass, quicker steering response and better ride quality on the road.
Available 18" through 26" as a monoblock, two-piece or fully assembled three-piece wheel. Width, offset, face profile and lip depth are all made to measure, and each set is machined to OEM hub tolerances for a true, vibration-free fit over big-brake packages.
Specify the finish exactly: full polish, smoked chrome, satin bronze, gloss black with milled accents or a bespoke colour match. Every set is load tested to TÜV standards, covered by a 5 year structural warranty and shipped worldwide from stock lead times of a few weeks.
